William explained that those rich musical sounds that he heard as a kid and watching his parents dance at parties and also learning to dance (Cha-cha-cha, Danzon Cubano, and others dances) from his sister Maria, quickly gave him a love for the old Cuban music.  In addition, growing up in the Metropolitan area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) and listen to Salsa, Charanga and Disco music in the 70’s of the likes of Hector Lavoe, Celia Cruz, Pacheco, Ruben Blades, La Charanga 76, La Orquesta Broadway, Donna Summers, The Village People and K.C. and the Sunshine Band continued his passion for Latin music and music in general.

William currently is employed full-time at Harris Corporation in Melbourne, Florida as a Buyer.  He has an A.S. degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, B.A. degree in Organizational Management from Warner Southern College and is currently working on his Master of Science in Management (MSM) at Warner Southern College.
